Please note: Bev only works certain days and times and she can book up very quickly, so please bare in mind that there could be long waiting periods to see her whilst requesting a consultation.

         We also require at least 12hrs notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment with Bev.

                                              form for yourself to fill out and to bring to your childs appointment.
